How to Use This Guide

Seven days. One idea per day. Each builds on the one before it.

Go one day at a time. Read the day, then live inside it before moving on. The reading is the smallest part; the change happens in the hours the guide isn't in your hands.

Do the exercises in writing. Something shifts when a thought leaves your head and lands on a page. Each day has space to write. Use it.

Let go of perfectionism. You will miss a day. You will slip. That is not failure — it is data. A missed day is a normal part of the process, not proof that you can't do this.

Return to earlier days whenever you need to. These are tools, not a test. If one day becomes the one you lean on most, reread it. Repeat it.

You can read all seven chapters in one sitting, and you're welcome to skim ahead. But the value comes from living each idea for a day before adding the next. Slow is not weak. Slow is how something new becomes real.
